WHAT IS HYPNOBIRTHING AUSTRALIA™ POSITIVE BIRTH PROGRAM?
Hypnobirthing is a childbirth method that focuses on preparing parents for gentle birth. In hypnobirthing classes, you will learn proven techniques in a well-thought-out program of deep relaxation, visualisation, and self-hypnosis. All of these are designed to help you achieve a more comfortable birth. Hypnobirthing encourages a calm, peaceful, and natural pregnancy, birth, and bonding experience for families
WHY IS IT RECOMMENDED TO TAKE A FACE-TO-FACE CLASS?
We highly recommend our in-person classes as it is giving you a dedicated space to prepare for your baby, learning to condition your mind for the positive birth.
The Positive Birth Program covers a large range of tools including Accupressure, Light Touch Massage and Optimal Fetal Positioning.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY CLASS?
Our classes fill very quickly! To avoid disappointment please book as early as possible.
You can start your class at anytime. Although, It is recommended to get the best preparation possible for a positive birth that you take this class between 20 and 30weeks of pregnancy.
Please contact us directly by phone on 0419149526 if you are unable to secure the class of your choice, or further than 30weeks pregnant.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments can be made through PayPal or direct deposit to Birth and Soul. Unfortunately at present we are not accepting cash payments.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. The remaining costs are required 7days prior to the commencement of your class.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO AN IN-PERSON CLASS?
The best part about signing up to take a Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth Program is that we have so many options for you!
If you are unable to attend an in-person class, you have the following options to ensure you are calm and confident for your birth:
- Online Live Class with Birth and Soul
- Online pre-recorded class with Hypnobirthing Australia™ with an upgraded one-on-one 90minute session with Birth and Soul for a special price of $150, if you have pre-purchased your online course.
HOW DOES COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS AFFECT PARTICIPATION IN CLASSES?
As the COVID-19 restrictions, regulations and recommendations are continuously changing, please contact us directly to receive the current recommendations.
Please note if you are booked for a face-to-face class you must be double vaccinated for COVID-19.
